What Happens Next
- Ship your disks to us in a padded envelope or small box. Wrap each disk in a sheet of paper or bubble wrap to prevent scratching. Our postal address is: 35 Castleheath, Swords Rd., K36 V072, Malahide, Co. Dublin, Ireland.
- We log your order when your parcel arrives and send you a confirmation email with your order reference number.
- Recovery work begins typically within one business day of receipt. We will contact you if we encounter any issues before attempting a read.
- Delivery of recovered files within 5–7 business days via secure download link sent to your email address.
