Fees are charged per disk processed, not per recovered file. Physically destroyed or fully unreadable disks are still subject to the processing fee if a recovery attempt is made. Business and industrial tiers are billed on a per-project basis agreed in advance.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you calculate is the price you pay. There are no diagnostic fees, assessment charges, or surprise charges. The only additions are optional: postage and format conversion.
